Aussie Home Loans has inked a new alliance with Stockdale & Leggo, tying its growing property platform to the agency’s listing pipeline.
Aussie Home Loans (part of the Lendi Group) has entered a strategic home loan and property partnership with Stockdale & Leggo, the 90‑year‑old real estate network with around 30 offices.
The deal, which was announced at the group’s Momentum conference on Friday (6 February), will plug Aussie’s home loan and property solutions into Stockdale & Leggo’s “lead-generation” and listings strategies.
As part of the tie-up, Stockdale & Leggo clients will be supported from loan “pre‑approval through to settlement”, including receiving access to Aussie's ‘Buy Now, Sell Later’ product that enables vendors to purchase their next home before selling their existing property.
Stockdale & Leggo agents can also use that finance capability to secure listings from owners who want to buy first and sell later – while Aussie takes carriage of the funding piece.
VPA-free listings and 5m‑strong audience
A centrepiece of the partnership is promotion on Aussie’s Property Search platform – where Stockdale & Leggo agents will receive vendor paid advertising‑free (VPA‑free) listings across off‑market, pre‑market, and on‑market properties.
This includes auctions, with exposure to Aussie's more than 5 million customers and its substantial base of pre‑approved borrowers.
Rhett Dallwitz, Aussie’s general manager of agent services, said the arrangement was designed to create a “seamless, end‑to‑end” experience for both buyers and sellers.
“We are excited to launch this strategic partnership with Stockdale & Leggo,” Dallwitz said.
He said the two brands shared similar values and argued the partnership “will help Stockdale & Leggo buyers and vendors move through the transaction more efficiently”.
“Our zero-cost listings on Aussie Property Search will help Stockdale & Leggo agents reach more potential buyers by marketing their listings to millions of Australians at no cost.”
The deal also feeds into Aussie's broader push to evolve into a fully integrated property ecosystem – using its scale in home loans and pre‑approvals to underpin a free‑to‑list marketplace model rather than charging advertising fees.
Stockdale & Leggo seeks to stand out
Stockdale & Leggo chief executive Charlotte Pascoe said partnering with Aussie marked a significant step in modernising the network’s offering while staying true to its heritage.
“We have been making Australian dreams a reality for over 90 years, and from today, we’re supported by one of Australia’s best-known and most trusted brands with a deeper connection into the property and finance journey,” she said.
“This partnership opens up our network to a joined-up property ecosystem, including a VPA-free listings platform that links our agents with motivated buyers and sellers nationwide.”
She described the move as “the sort of forward-thinking collaboration that helps our agents stand out and deliver even better outcomes for their clients,” positioning the partnership as a new point of differentiation in an increasingly competitive sales environment.
Aussie tops brokerage rankings and expands real estate partnerships
The new partnerships come after Aussie reclaimed the top spot in the 2026 Top 25 Brokerages ranking.
The brokerage’s rise follows a major strategic consolidation that saw the majority of Lendi Group’s brokers move across to the iconic Aussie brand.
In FY25, Aussie’s 1,312 active brokers settled 52,222 loans worth a market-leading $28.07 billion. The brokerage’s total loan book grew to $85.1 billion as of 30 June 2025
Additionally, as part of its transition to a full-service property ecosystem, under its new Find. Buy. Own. Mantra – Aussie said mid last year that it was “doubling down on its relationship with the real estate community”.
The statement came after it announced on 31 July 2025 that it had become the official home loan partner of real estate network One Agency – providing its 750 members across 122 offices with access to its new ‘Aussie for Agents’ platform.
The platform enables agents to list off-market, pre-market, and on-market properties, including auctions on Aussie’s Property Marketplace, while integrating leads into their customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
It also connects One Agency clients with loan support from Aussie brokers and access to Aussie’s new bridging loan solution, designed to help customers with a smooth transition into their next home.
