Family Guarantor option - enabling family members to use their home equity to secure up to 20% of a borrower’s mortgage. This can reduce the LVR to 80% or less and eliminate the need for Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI).

Extended home loan terms of up to 40 years for eligible first home buyers. While a longer term may result in more interest paid over the life of the loan, it can help clients manage repayments by spreading costs over a longer period.
