Prior to joining Connective, Mr Pearce was group general manager at loan processing solution provider DPC Broker and was in sales and marketing at The Warranty Group.

CHL has also promoted Wendy Sampson and Eray Seker to NSW BDMs (with Mr Seker to be based in Victoria).

Ms Sampson – who joined Connective in 2018 and was a business support manager before receiving the promotion – has previously held BDM roles at ALI Group, St.George, Liberty Financial, and Bankwest.

Mr Seker joined Connective six months ago as a business specialist and has a background in finance and accounting.

In addition, former St.George business banking manager Jaynesh Nair has been appointed as NSW BDM, while former Adelaide Bank BDM for Victoria/Tasmania Tanya Brimblecombe has joined Connective as Queensland BDM.

Mr Nair has experience and knowledge in residential and commercial lending products and policy, and previously spent five years at Pepper Money in a client relationship role as well as a lending specialist, asset finance.

Ms Brimblecombe was previously at Heritage Bank for nine years where she held various roles including BDM for Victoria. She was also franchise business manager for Victoria/Tasmania before joining Adelaide Bank. She has an understanding of residential lending products and policy more broadly.

Furthermore, CHL is increasing resources of the operations support team, which will provide application support. It has also created a dedicated marketing team, which will support brokers with content to develop their skills.

Commenting on the promotions and appointments, head of CHL Michael Goerner said: “The exponential growth of our product suite continues to provide brokers with a broad range of options to suit many different clients, and now we’re expanding our team to continue this growth by helping brokers deliver ideal outcomes for clients, as efficiently as possible.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Wendy, Jaynesh, Tanya and Eray to the team. Working closely with Chris Pearce, all four new BDMs will be fantastic assets to our national team of experts.”
