Moula has hired an advertising veteran to lead its branding and communications.
Eaon Pritchard has joined the fintech SME lender as its new head of brand and communications, after 25 years of working across creative, digital and media agencies in Australia and the UK.
Previously, Mr Pritchard was head of strategy at media agency Universal McCann, before he started his own firm, ArtScienceTechnology.
He is also the author of two books on branding in the digital era.
“I’ve changed industries, but the mission is still the same – after 25 or so years of helping brands grow through advertising, I’ll now be helping good businesses grow through smarter funding and payments products,” Mr Pritchard said.
“The intensity and pace at Moula is a bit like how agencies used to be. And we have a roadmap of product and service innovation that will get done rather than just talked about.”
The new appointment has followed a raft of others at the business lending specialist. A few weeks ago, Moula hired two external and one internal business development managers (BDMs) to expand its national coverage of brokers.
Moula also recruited three new BDMs in December, alongside its first head of strategic partnerships.
