The aggregation group has officially launched its new broker platform, built on Salestrekker 2.0, which integrates AI tools to reduce administrative workload.

Specialist Finance Group (SFG) has rolled out a major upgrade to its broker platform, unveiling SFGconnect V2 – a new version built on the Salestrekker 2.0 ecosystem and integrated with advanced artificial intelligence tools to automate compliance tasks and reduce administrative workload.

SFG said the platform has been rebuilt with enhanced automation, workflow improvements, and expanded education and client-engagement tools, with AI used to generate compliance notes, client summaries, and submission notes in seconds.

Using Salestrekker 2.0 AI tools, SFGconnect V2 can reportedly produce up to 2,500 words in seconds, with SFG noting that a broker who typically spends 2.5 to four hours producing a 2,500-word submission note can now complete the task in under 10 seconds. All outputs can be edited, approved, and attached instantly.

Based on industry averages, SFG estimated that a broker writing six deals a month could save about 18 hours of manual work monthly or around 216 hours a year. Valuing broker time at $100 per hour, the group said the tool could generate annual labour savings of $21,600 per broker.

General manager Blake Buchanan commented: “This isn’t just about speed. It’s about eliminating low-value tasks so brokers can focus on their relationships, marketing, strategy and client experience – the things that actually move the needle.”

Other upgrades in SFGconnect V2 include lender-specific workflow automation, instant borrowing-capacity calculations, integrated policy smart searching, enhanced tagging and client-marketing tools, and expanded team-management functions.

“At SFG, our systems mission has always been simple: remove friction, increase efficiencies and productivity, safeguard brokers’ business with best-in-class compliance and empower brokers to spend more time with clients,” he said.

“SFGconnect V2 represents a major leap forward – it’s smarter, faster, and built in direct consultation with brokers nationwide.”

SFG said the platform was shaped through extensive consultation with brokers nationwide, ensuring the system reflects the operational needs of brokers working in a modern lending environment.

The aggregator is the first to go live with the upgraded Salestrekker 2.0 platform and will participate in initial testing and feedback before the technology becomes more widely available.

The staged deployment aims to collect insights on how AI tools can assist brokers, while meeting Australian privacy and data protection requirements.

William Lockett, managing director of Specialist Finance Group, noted that SFG was the first to test it and added: “SFG brokers are always looking for technology that balances innovation with integrity.

“This allows us to explore how AI can take the friction out of compliance, giving brokers more time with clients and more confidence in their processes.”

Salestrekker AI is part of the broader rollout of Salestrekker 2.0, the latest version of the company’s CRM platform.

Dalibor Ivkovic, CEO of Salestrekker, commented: “This isn’t AI for the sake of AI. We’ve built these tools to solve real compliance challenges that brokers face every day – and we’ve done it without ever compromising the security of personal data. No customer information beyond a customer’s first name is shared, stored, or processed outside of the protected environment.”

Heather Gallagher, head of customer success at Salestrekker, added: “Our goal is to ensure every AI enhancement fits naturally into broker workflows and makes day-to-day compliance simpler, faster, and safer.”
