Aussie fintech launches AI marketing assistant for brokers

7 minute read

Brokers have a new way to create, manage, and share marketing content.

Cynario, the platform developed by former MoneyQuest broker Michael Richardson, has launched a new artificial intelligence (AI) marketing assistant for brokers.

Brokers can now access Alex Gen2 through Cynario’s Professional Plan subscription, and it has been touted as the industry’s first fully integrated AI marketing assistant.

The assistant is an update of the tool launched earlier this year in April, and it lets brokers connect their social media, Outlook, and WordPress site to Cynario, generating, designing, and publishing fully branded, compliant content.

This allows brokers to take control of their brand identity, uploading a logo, selecting brand colours, and letting the assistant weave these into marketing materials.

Cynario also said the marketing adapts to match a broker’s tone, visual style, and audience, whether they operate under a franchise or as their own independent brand.

Content is automatically optimised and tailored for different audiences against Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, enabling brokers to produce a ‘complete campaign suite’.

Alex Gen2 also taps Cynario’s proprietary lender policy datasets, covering more than 35 lenders, enabling brokers to create content backed by up-to-date lending insights.

Richardson, Cynario’s founder and CEO, said the update was designed to simplify and accelerate the way brokers handle tasks such as marketing.

“Alex Gen2 isn’t just another product update, it’s a complete reimagination of what broker communication can be,” Richardson said.

“We’ve fused creativity, data intelligence and automation into a single platform that allows brokers to remain authentic, while amplifying their brand and enabling them to connect with their audience faster, smarter, and more meaningfully.”

Focus on innovation

Speaking about the inspiration behind Cynario earlier this year, Richardson said brokers were becoming overwhelmed with the complexity and constant change of lender policies.

“We’re removing that friction, giving brokers the power to research, compare, and act with clarity in seconds, not hours,” he said.

“When brokers have instant, intelligent access to the right information, they can serve more clients, write more loans, and scale their businesses with confidence.”

Delivering real-time updates has been another cornerstone of the platform.

“Maintaining strong broker relationships is critical for lenders, however traditional methods of communicating policy changes are slow, inconsistent, and easily missed,” he added.

“Cynario bridges that gap by delivering instant policy updates directly into brokers’ hands, ensuring lenders stay front-of-mind and helping brokers match the right customers to the right products, faster and more accurately.

“Cynario is built to meet the real-world demands of a modern broker: fast, mobile, intelligent, and integrated. We’re not just building software; we’re leading a shift towards a smarter, more connected industry where brokers, lenders, and clients all thrive.”
