Multi-insurance provider Ensurance Now has rebranded and rolled out additional measures to provide better broker support.

The insurance portal, part of the Ensurance Limited company, aims to provide financial services professionals with direct access to a range of leading Australian and international insurers and policies, none of which are white labelled.

Following market research with the broker community, Ensurance Now has rebranded with a “new visual identity [that] reflects the company’s focus on providing customers [with] real choice in real time”, has brought in a new website and has updated some of its support measures.

Following broker feedback, Ensurance Now has launched:

- a new website that provides product overview, support materials and an extended customer support centre;
- a new suite of client-based sales support materials to help drive traffic to the broker;
- a new customer-focused email content marketing for brokers;
- an expanded advisory team to provide guidance and support to brokers; and
- an online claims process.

According to Ensurance Now, the automated platform hosts the “most number of insurance policies available in one platform” and can process general insurance “on the spot”.

Corey Wild, northern regional manager – partnerships and affiliates at Ensurance Now, commented: “Cross-selling home and contents insurance is an opportunity for brokers to extend their service offering, deepen client relationships and increase revenue.

“Diversifying into home and contents insurance is a natural extension of the home loan process — which is particularly pertinent in a time of increasing market uncertainty fused with a highly competitive landscape."

Mr Wild concluded: “We encourage brokers to enhance their service offering and tap into this lucrative market.”
