by James Mitchell7 minute read

Suncorp Bank has appointed Robynne Frost to the new role of national manager small business and commercial based on the Gold Coast.

Ms Frost said the small business and commercial team will work as part of the intermediaries team, ensuring a strategic and co-ordinated approach to aggregators and brokers.

“Our key focus will be to work closely with our broker partners, building on the success of our home and investment loan distribution, by offering competitive and flexible products for small business customers,” Ms Frost said.

“We aim to provide a high level of service for brokers and their small business customers from the initial processing of their loan, through to servicing their customers' ongoing needs.”

Ms Frost started her career with Suncorp Bank in 2002 as the national manager of strategic alliances, and also worked in a number of operational and leadership roles at GE Mortgage Solutions, Australian Financial Services, and ANZ before returning to Suncorp Bank as national aggregation manager in 2012, and most recently the national manager of key relationship and customer.
