“With an unparalleled speaker line-up showcasing some of Australia’s top experts in customer service and client retention, digital marketing, technology and performance management, brokers will leave with the skills to improve profitability and position their businesses for growth,” Ms Moseley said.

Conference speakers include Bernard Salt, national partner – demographics, KPMG; Steve Sammartino, director, planning and integration, Grey Group Australia; Tom Panos, real estate advertising director, News Limited; Andrew May, performance coach; and Martin Grunstein, customer service specialist.
