Held in Alice Springs last week, the conference is capped off with an annual awards night which recognises the company’s best brokers across a variety of categories including Business Excellence, Team Awards, Business Driver and High Flyer.
Speaking about the reward and recognition program, Mortgage Choice chief executive Michael Russell said it was great to have an opportunity to recognise the achievements of its top-performing established franchisees and celebrate the accomplishments of its newcomers.
“I’m pleased to announce that this year’s event marked the inaugural inclusion of Mortgage Choice Financial Planning to our reward and recognition program, allowing us to acknowledge the success stories of our newly-inducted financial advisers,” he said.
“All of our Business Excellence Award, Team Award and Business Driver Award winners and High Flyers have worked extremely hard to get to where they are today, and work to our mantra of ‘customers first’, ‘yes we can’ and ‘today not tomorrow’.
“Recognising franchise owners who go above and beyond, we also welcomed esteemed franchise owner, Tony Schelling from the Northern Territory into our Hall of Fame. Tony joins former inductee Wendy Higgins from South Australia, as the only Hall of Fame members in Mortgage Choice’s 20 year history.”
