The Sydney-based aggregator has significantly ramped up its broker support engine, announcing a strategic team shake-up into 2026.

outsource Financial, an independent aggregator launched in 2010, has unveiled a trio of personnel manoeuvres from late 2025 through to early 2026, as it seeks to sharpen its nationwide edge in a broking landscape hungry for reliable partnerships.

The additions – a promotion alongside fresh hires in development and regional roles – come as aggregators navigate surging loan volumes and broker demands for seamless operations.

After nearly three years at the Sydney-based firm, Donn Tariga assumed the role of national manager, broker partnerships on 1 January – marking a major internal ascent as he nears his April anniversary.

Reflecting on his journey with the company, Tariga said the standout was nurturing “real lasting connections with our brokers”.

“I take a lot of pride in being there for them in their day-to-day work and seeing the actual difference we make when we add value to their businesses,” he said.

“As I move into this national role, those individual success stories are really the foundation for everything I want to do next.”

Drawing on leadership honed during his time at Qantas, he explained how these skills meshed with outsource’s ethos.

“Reaching this point is really about blending what I learned during my leadership career at Qantas with my commitment to the outsource way which makes us different to other aggregators,” he said.

“My time at Qantas really showed me how to lead a team and maintain high standards, and I’ve brought that here to make sure we’re always living our core values.”

Looking ahead, Tariga said he was most excited about the chance for the national team to collaborate and continually strive for improvement.

“We already have an exceptional group, and my focus is on how we can be 1 per cent better every single day,” he said.

Infusing L&D with banking depth

Bringing extensive frontline insight, Tenille Gibson was onboarded as learning and development coordinator on 1 September 2025, capping off a 26-year tenure with Westpac, where she worked for 16 years in learning and development.

“I’ve had the privilege of working with everyone from brand-new starters to senior leaders, helping them build skills, confidence, and capability,” Gibson said.

She said the switch felt organic as it combined her twin passions for learning and lending.

“outsource Financial felt like the perfect fit. Their focus on supporting members to grow their businesses and strengthen relationships with clients and lenders really spoke to me,” she said.

Gibson said her work experience highlighted the power of targeted guidance in lending realms and added she was keen to “build solutions that really make a difference for our members”.

“I’m excited to bring a mix of experience, energy, and passion to outsource Financial,” she said.

“Most of all, I’m excited about the relationships – connecting with members, colleagues, and lenders to support growth, success, and plenty of shared wins along the way.”

Securing NSW/ACT ground game

Stepping into the vacancy left by Tariga, Andrew Sunna joined outsource as relationship manager for NSW/ACT on 12 January, armed with the “unique” hands-on experience of having previously operated his own finance brokerage.

“Running my own finance brokerage also gave me a strong appreciation for what brokers need day-to-day – clear communication, reliability, and someone who can help move things forward without friction,” he said.

Sunna said the opportunity resonated with him deeply, given outsource’s “strong reputation” and the role’s key aim of developing trust amid deal complexities.

“I was drawn to outsource Financial because of the way it genuinely supports both brokers and clients,” he said.

“That balance of people, problem solving, and outcomes really suits how I work.”

He said he “genuinely enjoyed” being a trusted figure for brokers and clients and added he was keen to enhance outsource’s commitment to the broker channel by “supporting brokers and strengthening relationships.”

“I’m excited to bring a relationship-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a calm, practical approach,” he said.

outsource CEO Tanya Sale said the senior appointments encapsulated the firm’s recent momentum and client-focused mindset.

“Over the past six months, we’ve focused on building a team of individuals who are not only highly capable, but deeply aligned with the outsource Financial culture – one built on partnership, education, and genuine care for our members,” she said.

She reinforced that outsource’s personnel announcements highlighted its dedication to member support and cultivating stellar team performance.

“Our growth is intentional – rooted in service, education, and meaningful connection,” Sale said.

“These appointments strengthen our national footprint and ensure we continue delivering exceptional support to brokers across Australia.”
