The aggregation group has expanded its lender panel in a move to offer more bridging finance options for borrowers.
Yellow Brick Road (YBR) has added bridging finance specialist Bridgit to its lending panel, as the aggregator continues its push to widen the niche lending options it offers.
YBR’s broker network can now provide home owners with access to their home equity through Bridgit’s bridging finance products.
Commenting on the new addition to the panel, Peter Bryant, head of YBR Aggregation, said: “Our partnership with Bridgit is a perfect fit. Like us, they are committed to empowering Australians to achieve their property goals with accessible and efficient solutions.
“This new offering gives our brokers another powerful tool to help clients navigate a competitive market, ensuring they have the flexibility and confidence to secure their next dream home.”
Bridgit’s chief commercial officer Stephen Doyle added: “We’re thrilled to join the Yellow Brick Road panel. They bring a high level of expertise and a local network that is growing right across Australia.
“Their brokers are heavily embedded in their community, with strong local knowledge, supporting Australians across the country. We look forward to working closely with YBR’s network and their clients, providing access to bridging finance at a time when this solution is more popular and important than ever.”
This year, YBR has added several more lenders to its panel in a move to offer more niche lending options. In July, it added both private lender Archer Wealth and no-deposit home loan lender Empower Money to widen options for YBR and YBR Aggregation brokers.
Bridgit has also been on a growth drive in 2025, hiring multiple business development managers (BDMs) to support increased demand.
The business has also recently launched new products with aggregators, partnering with Connective Home Loans (CHL) and Aussie on white label lending products.
