Why is a strong broker channel important to you?
We’ve been providing lending solutions for brokers for over 15 years and understand how to partner with brokers to provide solutions for their clients. A strong broker channel means that we can work with brokers to support more customers with the best products.

How does Latitude provide solutions for brokers and their clients?
We collaborate closely with our brokers to understand what’s important to them and their clients, analyse market trends, and address any pain points quickly and effectively.
We have a long history of using sophisticated scorecards that predict customer risk, which inform reliable pricing estimates.
We utilise technology and research to provide flexible solutions for our brokers, which can be easily tailored for their clients. Efficiency and speed are also important to us, so we’re currently building API links to broker platforms to support this.
A recent example of a new solution that was developed based on feedback from our broker partners is our GAP loan. Brokers had been asking for a GAP style product for some time, so earlier this year we launched the GAP loan, giving brokers the ability to provide a solution around stamp duty and other fees associated with purchasing a home. This might just be the helping hand that their client needs to meet their needs.
We know that each client has unique objectives when they request a loan, and I’m proud to work with brokers to find solutions for every customer throughout their buying life cycle and major financial purchases.

What kind of tools and support do you offer brokers? And how do brokers access them?
Our broker support teams in Australia are supported by a small offshore team so they can flex to provide accessible support and assistance throughout the working day to the broker network.
Both our PL and Asset products boast rate-quoting tools, convert quotes to applications reducing re-keying of customer info, deal status tracking and save/print functionality through every step of the application to make sure brokers can comply with BID record-keeping requirements.
We’re also really excited about acquisition of personal lending platform Symple Loans. This will accelerate our ability to provide robust, competitive and innovative solutions for our broker partners.

Why should a broker look to partner with you?
Latitude has one of Australia’s largest sales team in lending, with an NPS of +89.
As partners in lending, we want to grow with our brokers and support them in their successes. Our team works closely with our brokers, from onboarding through to day-to-day support around our products, to facilitating education opportunities such as 1:1 coaching and knowledge sharing on markets and consumer trends.
