Citibank has bolstered its credit team, appointing a new head of credit acceptance.

Yesterday, the bank revealed it had appointed Joanne Breuer to the role.
According to the head of credit operations, Vasu Rao, Ms Breuer joins the team with a wealth of experience under her belt, including 15 years in lending and client service in banking and insurance.
Her most recent role was as director of lending services at ING DIRECT, an organisation at which she had worked for the past decade.
“Joanne is a seasoned underwriting operations professional who has partnered with product teams and risk management to deliver superior customer experiences. She has managed large teams and run successful transformation projects. It’s with great pleasure that we welcome her to the bank,” Vasu Rao said.
