Westpac has shown its spring spirit, with the lender slashing rates and offering 0.8 per cent discount on certain products.
For a limited time, the major will offer customers a discount of up to 0.8 per cent p.a. off the variable rate on a variable rate home loan and a 20 per cent discount on the first year of a borrower’s home and contents insurance with the Premier Advantage Package.
In addition, the lender has slashed 15 basis points off its three year fixed rate within the Premier Advantage Package, taking the new rate to just 6.44 per cent.
The Premier Advantage Package comes with free loan increases, switching and portability, a range of annual fee-free credit cards, no account keeping fees on savings accounts and discounts on other products.
