Iden Group is getting into the Christmas spirit, offering a discount on its variable rate.
According to a company announcement, the latest loan offering is a 6.99 per cent variable rate with a 0.18 per cent discount off the variable rate for the life of the loan on home loans of $400,000 and above.

A spokesperson for the group told The Adviser that the Christmas special is a fully featured offset loan, with internet, Bpay, Eftpos and ATM access to the 100 per cent offset portion.
“Iden is pleased to offer a Christmas Special to customers and brokers,” the spokesperson said.
“The offer will be available on all loans over $400,000 written from now until the end of January.”
