Award-winning equipment finance broker Renee Tocco began her broking career in 2016, harnessing her skills from her corporate business account management career to lead an award-winning commercial brokerage, Loanezi.

In just three years, the Queensland-based broker has gone on to become a leading figure in the commercial broking space – and was appointed a director of the Commercial & Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia last year, too.

In this episode of Elite Broker, host Annie Kane is joined by Renee to discuss her journey in creating a successful commercial broking business, why she’s investing in her company now for maximum long-term gain, and why she wants to see more women join the space.

You will also find out:

  • Why she chose to go down the independent route
  • Why women need to support each other in the finance and commercial broking sector
  • The importance of finding a niche prior to diversification

And plenty more!
