One of the first challenges any broker faces is establishing a brand and presence in the market. Given that so much of a broker’s business relies on referrals (either customer or business referrals), having strong brand recognition and buy-in is an important step in building a brokerage.
Victoria-based broker Bernard Desmond, who launched Blank Financial earlier this year, joins host Annie Kane to discuss how he has been bedding in his new company and making a name for himself.
