Paul Wright started out in the finance world working at a bank when he was only 16. After finding his feet, he made the switch to broking and set up a MoneyQuest franchise office in Wollongong in 2007.
The recently crowned Regional Broker of the Year joins host Annie Kane to share how he went about establishing his own business, why he values being part of a bigger brand, and how his team is structured.
