Louisa Sanghera was initially hesitant to become a mortgage broker due to her knowledge and impressions of how the UK industry operated. Now three years into her career, and recently having taken out the award for “Rising Star” at the NSW Better Business Awards 2018, Louisa shares how her self-taught approach to mortgage broking has been gaining her recognition and respect within the industry.

In this episode of Elite Broker, Louisa shares why she believes that her decision to focus on a clientele of women with children is working to her advantage, discusses the importance of hiring capable staff and unpacks what she has learnt in regards to converting leads into business.

Tune in to find out:

  • How outsourcing has been key to Louisa’s success
  • Why she set up “Connect for Success”, and how the support group has helped to grow her business
  • How she maintains a strong presence with community engagement

And plenty more!
