Major brokerage appoints new BDM for Victoria, WA, SA and Tasmania

Carly Joyce, who was most recently a senior professional at CoreLogic as its national BDM for broker and aggregator engagement, has joined Yellow Brick Road as the new BDM for Victoria, Western Australia, Southern Australia and Tasmania.

In her new role, Ms Joyce will be working closely with the YBR franchisees to support them in mapping out growth strategies and developing business plans that will help them fulfil their goals and secure well-qualified leads and customers for their business.

She will be the main point of contact for the YBR franchisees in the states mentioned above. 

Ms Joyce started her new position on 11 January.

Welcoming the new appointment, Travis Hall, YBR’s head of distribution, said: “Our brokers are the core of our business. And, as our brand continues to see massive growth, we want to ensure that our franchise network continues to get the best support possible, and that is how I knew Carly was the right fit for the newly created role.”

Speaking of her new role, Ms Joyce commented: “At CoreLogic, I was constantly drawn to conversations with brokers, learning about their role and challenges and where I could provide support.

“I was exposed to the principles and understanding of the value of a mortgage broker, particularly in residential home lending for customers, which is where I found my passion for the industry.

“The explosion of growth in the broker industry also attracted me to the opportunities it provides for my career and the YBR business.”
