Mortgage Choice 2023 High Performance Summit

IN LATE October, Mortgage Choice held its 2023 High Performance Summit across two days in Auckland. The event recognised Mortgage Choice’s top performers across a range of metrics and those who made exceptional contributions to the network’s culture during the financial year 2023.

This year, the agenda focused on ‘Standards of Excellence’ and included a keynote and workshop from ex-Nike executive Lisa MacCallum, insights into the All Blacks’ performance culture and a discussion on what it takes to get to the top of your game with Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins.

Delegates also heard from two of New Zealand’s top broking firms – David Windler from Mortgage Supply Co and Adam Nelson of RateOne Financial Services – as well as Mortgage Choice brokers who generously shared their knowledge and secrets behind their business growth.

Across the inspiring events program, attendees connected and shared stories at some of New Zealand’s finest venues, including Kauri Bay Boomrock, Eden Park, MASU by Nic Watt and Glasshouse Morningside.
