NSW State of Origin team to also receive Aussie re-brand

The Wizard brand has long been associated with the NSW State of Origin team; Aussie’s decision to take on the sponsorship reflects the business acquisition of the Wizard brand and distribution network.

The Wizard brand will continue on the team’s jersey for much of 2009 but the transition from the ‘Wizard Blues’ to the ‘Aussie Blues’ will take place progressively over the Tri-Series, which will kick off on 3 June, 2009, Aussie chairman John Symond said.
