Melissa Ashcroft from AAA Mortgages took home the award of Commercial Broker of the Year 2022 at the Women in Finance Awards 2022, recognising her work delighting business clients. We find out more in the episode of Elite Broker.
They say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, but for Melissa Ashcroft, following in her father’s (John Macalyk) footsteps into broking wasn’t always on the plan.
But after entering the industry nine years ago and joining her father’s brokerage, AAA Mortgages, the Sydney-based broker has not looked back, finding satisfaction and success as a commercial broker, including winning the Commercial Broker of the Year award at this year’s Women in Finance Awards 2022.
