The Adviser’s national awards program has returned, recognising the industry’s leading brokers, brokerages, and aggregation groups.

The mortgage and finance broking industry’s best and brightest are invited to throw their hat in the ring for the Australian Broking Awards 2026 – the national awards program recognising the industry’s leading brokers, brokerages, and aggregation groups.

For more than a decade, the Australian Broking Awards have been the benchmark for excellence in the industry around Australia.

This year’s program, brought to you in partnership with principal partner National Australia Bank (NAB), recognises those influencing the profession and propelling the industry forward.

The awards are open to all professionals and businesses across Australia and can be entered via a submission or by nominating an individual or group.

Individuals, brokerages, and teams are then recognised at the event on Friday, 28 August 2026, which this year will take place at the Hyatt Regency.

Behind the judging

The Australian Broking Awards are built on a comprehensive judging framework designed to evaluate and benchmark the country’s top-performing brokers and businesses.

Entries are assessed using a blend of quantitative and qualitative criteria, capturing performance as well as broader industry impact.

This includes business growth, innovation, leadership, operational excellence, diversity, and contributions to the development of Australia’s mortgage and finance sector.

The program is open to all eligible mortgage and finance professionals and businesses nationwide, with participation strongly encouraged across the industry.
