Winners of the Australian Broking Awards to be announced on 11 August 2023

The Awards is the benchmark for excellence in the broking industry that showcases talent and champions those who consistently work in the best interests of their clients, provide exemplary customer service, and propel the industry forward.

In 2023, we will once again recognise the best and brightest over a range of categories that cover individual brokers, brokerages, support staff, mentors, aggregators as well as leaders of the mortgage and finance broking industry.

The cocktail luncheon will gather the broking industry to honour the achievements and successes of members of the broking industry and businesses.

The celebrations will continue at the Capital Bridging Finance afterparty following the awards ceremony, where the broking industry can bask in their victories while networking with their colleagues, peers, and industry leaders.

Run with the support of the award program’s platinum and afterparty partner Capital Bridging Finance, it will be held at 3:30pm at The Laneway in Pyrmont.

How the winners are determined

Finalist submissions are delivered to a panel of respected professionals and business leaders, who assess each submission against the criteria of each award category.

The judges score each part of the submission across the category’s criteria, giving an aggregated score. A number of judges will individually assess each submission for each category, offering a blended score and assessment.

The combined judging scores for each submission for each category are tabulated, with the highest-scoring submission deemed the winner.

One winner will be announced per award category, with the trophies presented at the Australian Broking Awards cocktail luncheon on Friday, 11 August 2023 at The Star in Sydney. Click here to buy your tickets.
