Funding.com.au launches new Build a Bridge™ national television campaign

“We continue to see outstanding growth in applications, settlements, book growth and Broker accreditations.”

Funding’s new national campaign

Funding.com.au has launched their new “Build a Bridge” national brand campaign that will be seen on free to air television, video on demand, print, digital and online channels. The campaign is aimed at informing and educating customers on their innovative short-term bridging loan for bridging, business, and building solutions.

“Increased demand from customers who are seeking to secure their next property without worrying about the time it takes to sell their current property has seen a significant need for fast bridging loan solutions,” says Jack O’Reilly, Founder and CEO of Funding.com.au

“We wanted to create a campaign that helps show how bridging loans can really help customers when they need it,” said Mr. O’Reilly. Funding.com.au was founded in 2015 by Jack O’Reilly to provide fast and simple bridging, business and building loans direct to customers on funding.com.au and through their Broker and Aggregator partners. “And what better way to do this than through our star Isla telling her dad to build a bridge and get their next house?” continued Mr. O’Reilly.

Bridging Loans

“We continue to see outstanding growth in applications, settlements, book growth and Broker accreditations,” shared Funding.com.au Chief Revenue Officer, Lee Slattery. “The demand for bridging loans has never been stronger, the changing mortgage market and customers looking for shorter term lending solutions to their funding needs is only continuing to increase demand for our products,” continued Mr. Slattery.

Bridging loans have traditionally involved a long and tedious process that involves full documentation and a terrible customer experience, short loan terms and exit fees, and many banks have now withdrawn their products or only offer them to their existing clients, and if they do offer them, they take weeks to get approval and months to settle.

Funding.com.au offers an online digital process, a dedicated broker portal, and there’s no need for full documentation. They continue to accredit Brokers within an hour, can get conditional approval in two hours and achieve settlement within three to five days.

In the last 12 months the company has scaled up its direct and Broker channels and seen record growth including more than $6 billion in applications for more than 7,000 customers across Australia and maintains a 4.9-star rating from their customers on Google.

Building a Bridge

“Our focus has been growing with Brokers and Partners and now our new Build a BridgeTM campaign will be seen by all of Australia. We think our Brokers and Partners will see real benefit from a partnership with us as more and more customers learn how to 'Build a Bridge” with our national brand campaign and ask for funding.com.au when they need a bridging loan,” continued Mr. Slattery.

“We want people to know how fast and innovative our loan products are, sharing our brand story on National TV will help people get to know funding.com.au can help them build the bridge they need,” said Mr. Slattery.

Funding's short-term bridging, building and business loans are available for personal and business use and customers for NCCP and Non-NCCP loans.

They have key partnerships with AFG, VOW Financial Group and Yellow Brick Road and are backed by the well-known Sydney investment firm EVP. Their innovative technology allows them to fund loans within days and are supported by a local sales and credit team.

The Build a BridgeTM brand campaign will be running throughout the month of November on Channel 9 free to air and continue BVOD, digital channels, online and further above the line marketing.
