Aussie Liverpool franchisee Evelyn Burton has been working as a broker for nearly 19 years, having spent nearly her whole broking career with the major brokerage brand.

First joining a Wizard store in 1999 and then setting up one of the first Aussie stores in Australia when it bought the Wizard franchise network in 2008, Evelyn has been busy ‘saving’ clients in Sydney’s west.

In this episode of Elite Broker, Evelyn joins host Annie Kane to outline why she first became a broker, the flexibility that broking provides women and parents, and how she’s providing credit and financial literacy advice to home borrowers.

Tune in to find out:

  • How she identified that she needed to hire new staff and how she did it
  • The support she was able to provide clients over COVID-19
  • How she explains how she’s paid and is working in a client’s best interest
