The aggregation group has promoted several of its BDMs to new state managers, and has appointed new BDMs to support its “expanding” broker network.
Finsure Group has announced that it has “bolstered” its leadership structure, and restructured its sales team to accommodate new state managers.
The group has appointed Phillip Donaldson and Noushig Megerditchian as joint NSW state managers.
Both Mr Donaldson and Ms Megerditchian joined Finsure in 2015 as business development managers (BDM).
Paul Gollan, who has been with Finsure since 2014, has been promoted to Queensland state manager, while Chris Patsouras, who has been with the group since 2018 has been promoted to the role of Victorian state manager, and Damien Thompson, who joined Finsure in 2015, has been promoted to state manager of South Australia and Western Australia.
In addition, the aggregation group has announced that the newly appointed state managers would be supported by additions to their BDM teams, with former FAST Group partnership manager Russell Adams joining the NSW team, former Now Finance Queensland BDM Toni Warren appointed to the Queensland team, and former MoneyPlace BDM Daisy Yu joining the Victorian team.
In addition, former Bendigo and Adelaide Bank business development associate Lauren Cosier has been appointed to Finsure’s learning and development team in NSW.
Commenting on the appointments, Finsure general manager of aggregation Simon Bednar said that they have followed the group’s recent milestone of reaching $2 billion in monthly settlements for the month of December 2020, and is aimed at supporting its “expanding” broker network.
“Finsure is delighted to expand our leadership team with Phillip, Noushig, Paul, Chris and Damien stepping up from their senior business manager roles to now be appointed as state managers,” Mr Bednar said.
“They have all played key roles in the growth of Finsure over recent years, and we look forward to their continued contributions to the group’s further expansion.”
Speaking about his promotion, Mr Donaldson said: “It has been an honour to be part of the growth of the Finsure Group over the last six years, and I am thrilled to take the position of a leadership role in NSW to continue Finsure’s outstanding success.”
