BankWest yesterday unveiled the first of more than 50 new Victorian retail stores.
The launch is part of the bank’s east coast expansion strategy, which plans to bring customers a “new, fresh and innovative style of banking”.
The new stores will offer full telling services seven days a week as well as extended trading hours.
BankWest's retail expansion comes just a couple of weeks after the bank’s announcement to reduce its third-party distribution partners to just 17.
