Resi Mortgage Corporation is set to expand its network by rolling out a series of new franchise offices around the country.

The expansion is part of Resi’s Business Renewal program.

Resi chief executive officer Lisa Montgomery said the expansion was part of the non-bank lender’s Business Renewal program and would take place over the next two years.

“We have just opened a new branch in Mt Gravatt in Queensland and more are set to follow as high calibre franchisees continue to be drawn to our core brand values and what we have to offer, in terms of infrastructure,” Ms Montgomery said.

Resi’s renewal program has also been boosted by the appointment of Paul Liccione to the role of national franchise manager.

"After consolidation of the sector in the wake of the GFC, there are now great opportunities to connect with consumers – particularly those who may have become disillusioned with the treatment of their current lender,” Ms Montgomery said.
