The lender has named a new national manager for mortgage broker distribution.
AMP Bank has made a brace of senior leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its broker partnerships and customer experience.
The non-major lender named Travis Hall as its new national manager for mortgage broker distribution.
Hall will lead AMP Bank’s broker partnerships, supported by his business development team. He joined AMP in July 2024, after almost five years at aggregator Yellow Brick Road as head of franchise distribution.
AMP Bank also announced that from 8 September 2025, Paul Herbert will begin as head of lending and everyday banking customer success.
In the newly created position, Herbert will be responsible for strengthening service and experiences for AMP Bank’s home lending and everyday banking customers.
Herbert has been with the bank for four years as head of lending and everyday banking distribution. Before that, he was head of home lending distribution at MyState Bank for nearly five years.
AMP Bank said he was a strong advocate for customers and the broker channel.
Michael Christofides, AMP Bank’s director of lending and everyday banking, said the appointments reflected the bank’s commitment to both customers and brokers.
“Paul has made a significant contribution to strengthening AMP Bank’s distribution over the past four years, and we’re delighted he will now lead our focus on customer success,“ he said.
“At the same time, Travis brings deep industry experience and a strong track record of working closely with brokers and aggregator partners. Together, their leadership will ensure AMP Bank continues to deliver outstanding service, strengthen our partnerships, and provide more value to customers.”
AMP Bank recently launched a new digital lending origination platform, designed to deliver a more streamlined and faster experience for brokers and customers.
