More than 70 per cent of business banking customers are satisfied with their financial institution.
According to the latest TNS Business Finance Monitor, 72.3 per cent of customers were happy with their lender – markedly up on pre-GFC results.

Among the majors, ANZ took out the top position, followed by Westpac. CBA and NAB trailed slightly behind.
