The lender for self-employed borrowers has appointed two BDMs in Queensland and NSW and has appointed internally to a newly created product manager role.
RedZed Lending Solutions has appointed former Pepper Money senior business development manager (BDM) Dianne Robinson as its senior BDM in Brisbane.
Ms Robinson will replace previous senior BDM Darren Stratford who was recently appointed to a newly created internal role of senior product manager.
Ms Robinson has joined RedZed Queensland BDM Renzo Perri to provide local service and support to the lender’s northern state partners.
Ms Robinson previously spent eight years at Pepper Money, where she held various roles, including senior BDM, regional manager for Queensland/Western Australia/South Australia/Northern Territory, and state manager, Queensland, mortgages.
She has also held BDM roles at various lenders, including Adelaide Bank, ING, and Australian Finance Group (AFG).
In addition, RedZed has appointed former Bluestone APAC BDM Kristie Oldfield as a BDM in Sydney, where she would complement the existing Sydney team, the lender said.
Ms Oldfield has worked in finance (as a mortgage and finance broker as well as a BDM) for over six years, including as a BDM at Bluestone APAC, BDM at Resimac, mortgage and finance broker at Link Finance Group, home loan adviser at uno Home Loans, lending specialist at Mortgage House, mortgage broker at The Avenue Home Loans, and lending specialist at LJ Hooker Home Loans.
Commenting on Ms Robinson’s appointment, RedZed national sales manager Adrian Fisher said: “As we continue to expand our distribution footprint by engaging new aggregator partners and their broker networks, having someone of Dianne’s calibre and reputation join our rapidly growing sales team is very exciting.
“Dianne brings with her a wealth of local knowledge that will be of great value to RedZed as we continue to explore and tap into new distribution opportunities.”
Mr Fisher also said that he was pleased to “secure the services” of Ms Oldfield, adding that she would provide “valuable insights” into the needs of a broker and has strong broker relationships.
“She has a deep understanding of self-employed lending, and acutely understands the needs of a broker, having been one, and is heavily focused on the importance of customer service,” Mr Fisher concluded.
RedZed, which is a Victorian-based non-bank lender, recently opened a new office in Sydney as it seeks to provide a base for NSW brokers and borrowers.
The Sydney office is the second premises the company has outside of its Melbourne corporate headquarters.
