Homeloans recruits two more BDMs

by Staff Reporter7 minute read

Homeloans has announced the addition of two new BDMs in an attempt to further strengthen its team and new business.

Natalie Sheehan and Janelle Packman join the national non-bank lender with nearly 40 years’ experience between them in the banking and finance industry.

Ms Sheehan has previously worked in various BDM and management roles at companies including Pepper Home Loans and Commonwealth Bank, where she was a residential and commercial lending manager for nine years.

Ms Packman was the relationship coordinator for AFG Home Loans. Prior to working at AFG, Ms Packman worked with Barnes Home Loans in the credit division.

Homeloans’ general manager of sales, Ray Hair, said the company wanted to capitalise on opportunities within the third-party mortgage market, and providing strong support to their brokers is crucial to achieving this.

“We already have a strong, dynamic BDM team and we continue to bolster our team to partner with brokers and help drive growth,” he said.

“We see that there’s more growth to come, so are further strengthening our support structure to leverage this.”
