Westpac tops survey with financial execs

Westpac Banking Corp is the preferred ‘lead bank’, the 2009 Large Corporate & Institutional Relationship Banking Survey has found.

The survey, by Peter lee Associates, asked 500 senior financial executives which bank was best in terms of service quality including the capability of relationship managers, knowledge of the client’s business and the provision of advice and specialist products.

Westpac topped the lead bank category as well as the survey’s relationship strength index and customer satisfaction index.
