Suncorp chief executive John Mulcahy has warned that jobs are on the line in a recent email sent to staff.
Mr Mulcahy told employees changes would be announced over the coming weeks as the organisation continued to focus on increasing efficiencies as a result of the deteriorating financial conditions, The Sydney Morning Herald reported yesterday.
Mr Mulcahy said the bank would seek to manage all job reductions through natural attrition and those made redundant would be “strongly supported” through redeployment and redundancy processes.
