ANZ cuts fixed lending rates again

ANZ has reduced its fixed rate home loans for the second time this month.

From Monday September 1, ANZ’s one to 10 year fixed rate home and residential investment loans will be fall between 30 and 50 basis points for new customers.

The bank’s one year fixed rate home loan will attract a rate of just 8.49 per cent, compared to 9.10 per cent just over two weeks ago.

Three year fixed loans will fall to 8.69 per cent from 9.34 per cent at the beginning of the month.
