Firstfolio has bolstered its management team, appointing a new non-executive director and chairman of the Board.
Eric Dodd replaces Anthony Wales, who was appointed Firstfolio’s interim chairman in late 2011.
Mr Dodd brings more than 30 years industry experience to the role, having held the role of chief executive at MBF Australia for the last six years.
Previosuly, Mr Dodd has served as managing director of NRMA Insurance and chief executive of NRMA.
Commenting on the appointment, outgoing chairman Mr Wales said the company was delighted to have attracted someone of Mr Dodd’s calibre.
“Mr Dodd brings a unique depth of financial services experience and strategic vision to Firstfolio’s Board deliberations and we look forward to his contribution in the years to come.”
