Loan Market announces new network coach

The initiative, titled “Scale Up with Sarah”, is specifically aimed towards brokers within this network who are “on the cusp of servicing 150 clients a year” to increase their tally “while still maintaining high quality service”.

This program will feature both small group and one-on-one training sessions, which are expected to commence in April, on improving process, team structure, digital operation and customer service.

Running this coaching program as network coach is Loan Market Geelong City managing director Sarah Thomson. 

As per Loan Market, Ms Thomson brings more than 24 years of experience to the coaching initiative alongside a history of awards.

Ms Thomson was named as Regional Broker of the Year for the fourth year in a row at The Adviser’s Victoria/Tasmania Better Business Awards 2021, with her Geelong-based office also taking the Best Regional Office award.

Loan Market managing director Andrea McNaughton commented that there’s a “real appetite amongst brokers to learn directly from network colleagues who dominate their markets.”

“Sarah is a leader in her market and Australia. We’re ecstatic that she’s come on board to share the tactics and experience behind her growth success with others so they, too, can take their businesses to the next level,” Ms McNaughton added.
