QBE Lenders’ Mortgage Insurance Limited (QBE LMI) is ramping up its resources, appointing a senior manager of people and culture.
Reporting to chief executive officer Ian Graham, the new appoint Zali Rogers, will lead QBE LMI’s human resources and culture and capability development initiatives.
According to Mr Graham, Ms Rogers comes with extensive knowledge of human resources and organisational development disciplines.
“Ms Rogers also brings over 12 years experience in human resources, gained predominantly within the financial services sector. She joins QBE LMI from Skandia, where she moved through the ranks of the corporation’s human resources department to become Head of Human Resources.
Ms Rogers assisted with the development and implementation of Skandia’s human resources framework and strategies,” Mr Graham said.
