Residential property sales are still riding high, according to RP Data’s weekly clearance rate results.
Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Tasmania and Canberra all recorded clearance rates above 75 per cent.
Adelaide and Brisbane were the only two cities not to reach 70 per cent clearance rates, recording 68.2 and 68.5 per cent respectively.
