GE Money drops 15bp off Standard Variable MDR

GE Money’s Premium Product special offer will run until Friday 13 July.

The promotion offers 15bp off the Standard Variable MDR (mortgage delivery rate), increasing the annual fee to $395 and the settlement fee to $250.

Rules and exceptions:

  • Set price premium products are excluded
  • Premium Fastdoc products are excluded
  • 20bp loading on Fastdoc loans continues to apply
  • Annual Fee of $300 and Settlement Fee of $250 continues to apply to Premium Fastdoc product
  • Pipeline loans are excluded – they will remain at their current pricing and fee structure
