Strong growth in Brisbane CBD rents helped the city clinch the number 47 spot for the first time in the global top 50 most expensive office markets – a step ahead of Sydney which came in at 48.
Figures from the survey also revealed that 87 per cent of the 170 office markets monitored recorded positive growth in occupancy costs.
London’s West End has the most expensive cost occupancy in the world, followed by Mumbai, India.
