In a bid to uncover what the future may hold for the mortgage broking industry, the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) is set to host a forum.

To be held in Melbourne on June 6, the forum will be chaired by finance commentator Michael Pascoe and will feature senior executives from several lenders, including Citibank’s head of broker distribution, Aaron Milburn; ANZ’s head of third party relationships, Kieran Evans; ING DIRECT’s executive director, distribution, Lisa Claes; Advantedge’s general manager of broker platforms, Steve Kane; and MFAA CEO Phil Naylor.

According to Mr Naylor, the forum will address the many changes and challenges that industry players will face over the next few years, including regulatory and economic ones.

“The panel discussion will deliver knowledge and tools that our members can apply immediately to their businesses,” he said.

“The event will allow mortgage and finance professionals to stay ahead of the game, with the discussion sure to generate many thought-provoking topics, as well as networking opportunities for members and non-members.”

The panel of industry leaders will share their specialist knowledge and insight on a range of topical issues affecting the mortgage and finance broking industry.
