Brokers continue to write record volumes despite the flat market.
According to Ray White’s joint chairman Brian White, Loan Market Group’s volumes are currently up 10 per cent on last year’s levels.

Mr White attributed the strong results to investor interest.
Enquiry on raywhite.com shows that Asian investors’ interest in Australian property continues at recent levels, he said.
“Australasia continues to be seen as a safe haven for investors,” Mr White said.
