The Adviser is on the search for Australia’s most prolific brokers, with the Elite Broker Ranking now open for submissions to identify Australia’s leading brokers.
The Elite Broker Ranking has returned for the third consecutive year to recognise Australia’s top brokers.
After debuting in 2024 and seeing large volumes of submissions in 2025, The Adviser has now opened for submissions for the Elite Broker Rankings 2026.
Brokers across Australia are invited to submit their data into the ranking, which is unveiled in a series of features celebrating those leading the industry in settlements, loan volumes, and overall performance across residential, commercial, and asset finance.
The Elite Broker Ranking also profiles the most successful female brokers in the Women in Finance ranking, too.
The prestigious ranking showcases professional brokers who have written the largest loan volumes in both dollar and number terms over the financial year 2026 (FY26).
The final ranking will be determined by Agile Market Intelligence (the research arm of The Adviser’s parent company, Momentum Media), which will apply a rigorous methodology by using a range of metrics to evaluate brokers’ volumes and the number of loans written.

Methodology
The Elite Broker Ranking provides high-performing brokers who have delivered strong results the opportunity to stand out from the competition and showcase their success to clients and the wider market.
Brokers will be assessed on their average loan size across residential mortgages, commercial lending (including working capital), and asset finance lending.
This will be calculated based on the number of settlements, volume of loans, and the value of the average loan size across FY26 ending 30 June 2026.
Those who enter this year’s ranking must provide figures across a range of key metrics accomplished throughout FY26, including:

Residential settlements: Total number and dollar value of residential mortgages settled.

Commercial property settlements: Total number and dollar value of commercial mortgages settled.

Working capital settlements: Total number and dollar value of working capital loans settled.

Asset finance settlements: Total number and dollar value of asset finance loans settled.
Verification and required information
Brokers must attach documents verifying the number and volume of settlements for FY26 directly from their aggregator or CRM. The verification documents should be provided in Excel or PDF form to complete the submission.
Submissions close strictly at COB on Friday, 31 July 2026. When you’ve completed your submission, make sure to click the ’submit now’ button at the end for your entry to be accepted.
