The Elite Broker Ranking returns for the second year to reveal Australia’s leading brokers.
Following a blockbuster debut in 2024, the Elite Broker Ranking is back to spotlight the top-performing brokers at the pinnacle of their profession.
Brokers across Australia are invited to submit their data into the Elite Broker Ranking for a chance to be recognised for excellence.
The coveted ranking showcases professional brokers who have achieved large loan volumes, while providing comprehensive service aligned with their clients’ holistic financial needs.
The Elite Broker Ranking is divided into separate sections, including residential, asset finance, and commercial finance broking.
The metrics will evaluate brokers’ volumes and numbers of loans written to champion Australia’s leading brokers.

Methodology
Brokers will be assessed on their average loan size, which is calculated based on the number of settlements, volumes, and the value of the average loan size across FY25, ending 30 June 2025.
The ranking will be determined by Agile Market Intelligence, the research arm of The Adviser’s parent company Momentum Media.
To be included in this year’s ranking, brokers must provide figures across a range of metrics achieved throughout FY25. These include:
- Total dollar value and number of residential mortgages settled.
- Total dollar value and number of working capital loans settled.
- Total dollar value and number of asset finance loans settled.
- Total dollar value and number of commercial mortgages settled.
Brokers must also attach documents verifying the number and volume of settlements for FY25 from their aggregator or CRM.
The verification documents should be provided in Excel or PDF form to complete the submission.
The Adviser encourages all high-performing brokers to submit an entry for a chance to be ranked among the industry’s best.
