Brokers to unpack the keys to success

7 minute read

Elite and new brokers from Queensland, NSW, and Victoria will share their secrets to success at the New Broker Academy 2025.

Hosted in partnership with principal partner Bendigo Bank Broker, the New Broker Academy 2025 is a free-to-attend conference offering new and established brokers the latest insights needed to build a successful broking career.

The New Broker Academy will be held across June in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. Click here to register.

The high-demand event features two streams: one dedicated to those thinking of becoming a broker (and outlining what is entailed in becoming a broker for the first time) and another designed for new brokers in their first few years of business (outlining how they can build successful businesses).

This dual approach ensures brokers at every stage in their journey will benefit from the academy.

In one of the highlights of the day, leading elite and new brokers from each of the states will unveil how they have structured their broking business, the challenges they faced along the way (and how they overcame them), and tips for how attendees can scale their business towards sustainable growth.

The panel session will hear from three brokers at different stages of their broking career, from new brokers to elite brokers, as they share their unique stories of success and suggest impactful strategies to overcome common pitfalls.

During the panel, speakers will unpack how to lay the foundation for a successful brokerage and will provide a clear roadmap of how to make this a reality.

This candid fireside panel will also enable attendees to reflect on the different approaches to running a successful brokerage and give them the opportunity to ask their burning questions of the panellists.
