Keynote speakers this year include Saroo Brierley, whose No. 1 international bestselling autobiography about his journey to find his biological family in India, A Long Way Home, was turned into the award-winning movie Lion.

While founder and managing director of Thankyou, Daniel Flynn, who set up his company at the age of 19 and has since grown it to develop a footprint that stretches across 20 countries and has delivered life-saving programs to more than 871,000 people in need, will showcase how bold, out-of-the-box thinking change the game and make meaningful connections in their professional and personal lives.

The Better Business Summit 2021 will also delve into the top tips and themes that can help you build a better brokerage.

Nicole Triandos, acting general manager, NAB broker distribution, commented: “With the first Better Business Summit kicking off exactly one month today, NAB is again proud to be principal partner of this important event series.

“As the bank behind brokers and BDMs, NAB invests heavily in strategic training and education initiatives to constantly raise the bar and the professionalism of our industry, all in support of good customer outcomes.

“2021 is shaping up to be an important year for all of us. With close to 60 per cent of customers choosing to use mortgage brokers, there is a real opportunity to further demonstrate the strength and value of brokers as trusted advisers to their customers.
